What’s included in my ticket?

Each ticket includes access to the conference, all sessions (please ensure you have pre-selected your breakout sessions when this option opens in January), all catering and refreshments. It does not include any parking charge or supplemental catering outside of the provided breaks.


What is the agenda for the day?

The full agenda can be found here.

Are the sessions recorded?

Sessions will not be recorded, however, subject to speaker agreement, sessions slides will be available to download on the attendee app after the event.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Ticket transfers can be made up until 30 days prior to the event. After this point we are not able to accommodate ticket transfers.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

If cancellation is noted within the period falling between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days prior to the planned start date of the event, Scotland Food & Drink reserve the right to impose a cancellation fee of fifty per cent (50%) of the full price of the ticket. After 30 days prior to the start date of the event, Scotland Food & Drink will charge the full price for cancellation.
